Visits further than 15 miles from our base (HD3 3PZ) will incur a charge of 50p per extra mile.
On booking, you agree to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of receiving your booking invoice. Packages, courses and visits must then be paid in full no later than 24 hours after the first visit or course.
If you are unavailable for a visit, please let Precious Beginnings know at the earliest opportunity. Visits can be rearranged free of charge with more than 72 hours’ notice. You will be expected to pay the full cost if you cancel or rearrange within 72 hours of the visit.
A 50% charge will be made for course cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date. Courses cancelled within 7 days will not be refunded. Please speak to us if you need to rearrange your course date – an administration fee of 10% of the course value will be added to your invoice.
All information, advice and support are for your guidance and are based on the best available evidence. During appointments with Precious Beginnings we work with you in partnership to meet you and your child’s needs. It will be your responsibility to implement any interventions advised as you wish. At times specialist intervention may be needed and we will always discuss this with you in a sensitive manner.

All information is treated with the strictest of confidence and conforms to data protection law and guidance. At times Precious Beginnings may need to share sensitive information. We will always discuss this with you and wherever possible gain your consent unless there is a legal obligation to share information (e.g. Child Protection). We have a separate Child Protection Policy should you wish to see this. As a registered Health Visitor and Nurse, Louise has a duty to keep records of all consultations. These can be shared with parents on request and in accordance with UK law.
